Terms of service

These terms cover connecting a QuickBooks Online company to Agentic Business Solutions ("we") and our use of that connection. They sit alongside the service agreement between us and our client; where the two differ, the service agreement applies.
The connection
- By connecting, you confirm you are authorized to connect the QuickBooks company on behalf of its owner.
- The connection lets us read the company's accounting data and create bills. We use it only to provide the accounts-payable service you have engaged us for.
- We never create, schedule or send payments. Reviewing and paying bills remains your responsibility.
- You can disconnect at any time in QuickBooks. We then stop entering bills.
Your responsibilities
Send us only invoices you have approved for payment, keep the list of people authorized to send invoices up to date, and review bills before paying them.
Our responsibilities
We enter bills as described in our service agreement, hold for review any bill we cannot match or that looks unusual, and protect your information as described in our privacy policy.
Limits
The service depends on QuickBooks Online and other providers outside our control. Except as stated in our service agreement, the service is provided as is, and our liability is limited as set out in that agreement.
